The Government of India published the new PM Awas Gramin List for Jammu and Kashmir 2025 (PMAY-G List). Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin List Jammu and Kashmir of approved and rejected applicants for the PM housing at the district and block level.

The government provides financial help to poor and low-income group families in Jammu and Kashmir to build their own houses. Under PMAY-G, the government gives affordable houses to poor and homeless citizens of Jammu and Kashmir.

If you live in Jammu and Kashmir state and want to check the latest rural housing scheme called PM Awas Yojana Gramin, please follow the below steps.

Step 1. To check or download Jammu and Kashmir PM Awas Gramin List, Visit the official website of PM Awas Yojana Gramin: https://pmayg.nic.in/netiayHome/home.aspx

Step 2. On the menu bar, go to the Awaassoft option, and under this section, click on the Report option. https://rhreporting.nic.in/netiay/newreport.aspx

Step 3. Now open the report page PMAY-G Report. On this page, have some options below H. Social Audit Reports and go to the option Beneficiary details for verification.

Step 4. Now open the MIS Report page that has provided a complete PM Awas Gramin List according to Jammu and Kashmir and your area. https://rhreporting.nic.in/netiay/SocialAuditReport/BeneficiaryDetailForSocialAuditReport.aspx

Step 5. Now you have to select some details in the Selection Filters section. The options you have to select that-

1. Your State: “Jammu and Kashmir”
2. Your District (District of Jammu and Kashmir)
3. Your Block
4. Your Gram Panchayat
5. Year of List
6. Last select Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin.

Step 6. Now fill in the Captcha code and press the Submit button. The PM Awas Gramin List for Jammu and Kashmir will be displayed on the screen.

Now below, see two buttons, Download Excel and Download PDF. Using these buttons, you can download the Jammu and Kashmir Rural Housing list as you want to know.

Financial Help under PM Awas Gramin

Citizens of Jammu and Kashmir will get financial help from the government: ₹1,20,000 per house for plain areas and ₹1,30,000 lakh for hill areas under the PM Awas Gramin Scheme. Pucca houses are most helpful for every poor citizen who belongs to the low-income group and is homeless.
